Once you have completed the application process, you will receive a link to our electrical contractor to order your electricity. Please note, all food vendors will be required to purchase a minimum of 20 amps of service. As in previous years, if you do not pre-order adequate power, the contractor will set it up for you on Friday, September 9, 2022 for an additional fee. You will not be authorized to open your booth without the correct amount of electricity and approval from the fire and health inspectors.

You will be required to have all health permits and certificates available for inspection by 2 pm, Friday, September 9, 2022.
The City of Mukilteo Fire Inspector requires a minimum of a 5lb. ABC fire extinguisher to be on site that has a current inspection/service tag attached. Booths with deep fat fryers are also required to have a Class "K" rated extinguisher with current annual inspection/service tag attached. Hood suppression systems must have current annual inspection documentations. You must keep a 10 foot minimum clearance between all cooking vendors and any other vendor or combustible. No open flames are allowed.
No generators of any type are allowed at any time during the festival.
Please provide the length, width and height of your vehicle. If it is a trailer, please include hitch length.

As a condition of participation, the above named organization(s) and/or individual(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Mukilteo, and the non-profit organization known as the Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival Association, its officers, directors, committee members, employees, volunteers, sponsors, contractors and agents from any and all claims, actions, suits, losses, damages, liability of every type and nature, including, but not limited to, all costs and legal expenses incurred by the Application or any other party, by reason of any activity arising under or in connection with the Applicant’s participation in the Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival, Run-a-Muk or Lighthouse Festival Parade, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage arising from or out of any occurrence, omission, error, or negligence arising from any activity related to said participation. In the event that any litigation is commenced by or against the Applicant, his/her/its heirs or assigns, then the Applicant shall proceed and hold harmless the City of Mukilteo and the Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival Association, its officers, directors, committee members, employees, volunteers, sponsors, contractors and agents, and shall pay all costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred or paid by the aforementioned entities in connection with such litigation.
